To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for both our kittens and visitors, please follow these guidelines:

Appointment Only

  • All kitten viewings are strictly by appointment via our booking widget.
  • Walk-ins are not allowed to avoid overcrowding and stress for the kittens.

    • Intent to Purchase

  • Kitten viewings are only for visitors who are seriously intending to purchase a kitten.
  • If you are unsure about purchasing a kitten, please contact us before booking.

    • Gentle Handling

  • Always handle kittens with care.
  • Support their body properly when holding and avoid sudden movements.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.

    • Hygiene First

  • Sanitize your hands before and after interacting with the kittens.
  • Avoid wearing strong perfumes or using hand lotions that may irritate them.

    • Respect Kitten Space

  • Do not chase, corner, or pick up kittens who are hiding or sleeping.
  • Kittens will approach visitors at their own pace.

    • Health & Safety

  • Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell.
  • All visitors must follow our instructions for safe interaction.

    • Photography & Social Media

  • You are welcome to take photos during your visit.
  • Please avoid using flash directly on kittens.
